  "Tom fixed a water pipe leak and replaced our water heater for us. The pipe broke first, and we called Tom because we got a coupon in the mail. Tom came out the day we called him and dug until he found the leak. He couldn't fix it until he had his helper with him (the next day), but he didn't ask for any money or signed contract up front and only charged us for the time & materials (very reasonable rate). When our water heater started leaking, he came out right away and put in a new one the same day. Again, the work was first-rate and the charge was very reasonable."
